教学与研究领域:
实验凝聚态物理,表面物理

1.利用扫描探针显微术研究表面/界面结构

2.半导体表面金属纳米体系生长过程和物理特性

3.薄膜生长的表面原子过程

4.半导体表面超薄介质膜

曾开展过硅基超薄介质膜的生长和热稳定性研究;进行过金属硅化物纳米体系在硅表面生长和演化研究;目前从事纳米金半接触体系电传输特性研究。已主持完成2项国家自然科学基金项目和3项省部级项目。迄今已在包括Appl.Phys.Lett., Phys.Rev. B等国际国内学术期刊上发表论文30多篇。
