教学与研究领域:
研究领域:凝聚态物理。

研究方向:拓扑狄拉克材料的生长、量子调控以及新型二维原子晶体的器件研究。在狄拉克材料方面致力于新型量子材料的生长、物性测量以及量子器件的制备与表征。在二维材料的器件方面主要研究其电学、磁学和光电特性。目前工作重点是新型狄拉克材料的生长、量子调控以及新型二维原子晶体的器件研究。

学术成果:

主要研究拓扑材料体系中的新奇输运现象,在研究拓扑半金属量子/自旋输运和基于拓扑材料的光/电器件方面做出了一系列有一定影响力的原创性工作。至今共发表论文118篇,其中包括 Nature 1篇(通讯作者),Nature Materials 2篇(第一或通讯作者),Nature Nanotechnology 1篇(第一作者),Nature Communications 9篇(通讯作者)。发表的第一或通讯作者文章多次被ScienceNature Nanotechnology, Nature Reviews Materials, NPG Asia Materials, Phys.org, Science Daily等专业杂志和媒体广泛报道,其中引用超过100次的共计19篇。7篇第一或通讯作者文章被Web of Science 评为“ESI1%高被引论文。研究成果得到国际同行的肯定与认可,被同行评价为研究开辟了新的量子技术”“卓越的电导转换特性手性电子研究的重大实验进展拓扑材料电磁响应的第一个证据。近期发现了拓扑半金属中的三维量子霍尔效应,被基金委评选为“2019年度优秀成果。同时被Nature Reviews Materials评价为第一次在本征三维晶体中发现了量子霍尔效应
