Research Interests:

Study of novel topological thin films and nanostructures by molecular beam epitaxy and tube furnaces. Exploration of topological Dirac semimetals and their exotic physical properties. Integration of magnetic materials with topological insulators for novel device functionalities. Exploration of high Curie temperature magnetic semiconductors and the modulation of ferromagnetism. Study of emerging 2D materials for electronic, optoelectronic and spintronic applications.
