教学与研究领域:
教学:讲授《C语言编程》等课程。

研究领域:计算分子生物物理学与生物信息学。使用计算模拟模拟与生物大分子构象转变相关的问题,特别是关于纳米颗粒对于蛋白质构象与功能的影响以及由此带来的生物纳米毒性的问题。另外还参与研究基于全基因组的原核生物进化亲缘关系与物种分类的相关研究。发表论文20余篇,共被引用200多次。

Research Interests:
Computational molecular biophysics and bioinformatics. We study conformation change of the biomolecules, specially the conformation change induced by the nanoparticles, by computer simulation, and phylogeny and taxonomy of prokaryotes based on whole genomes.
